A synthetic monthly invoice we built to test the tool, run through it like any upload: cancelled orders still billed, a line billed twice, a surcharge outside its dates, a minimum charged when the variable charges already exceeded it. Real, anonymised results replace these numbers as audits accrue.

How it works

1. Confirm your business e-mail. We send a one-time link. Nothing is read before you open it.
2. Upload the invoice. PDF, CSV or XLSX, up to 25 MB. Add your orders export, rate card and product list if you have them — each one lets more checks run.
3. Confirm what we read. The extracted lines sit next to the source; you correct anything before a single check runs.
4. Read the findings. Each shows the invoice line, the order or rule it was checked against, the amount and how sure we are. The result page also says which checks could not run on your files, and why.

What we read — and what we never read

Three commitments

1. Personal data is stripped in your browser. The orders export is read on your device and only the columns listed above leave it; the server refuses anything else.
2. Files are deleted after 30 days — or now. Every file, line and finding for your business goes at once from the delete my data page, by a link to your e-mail.
3. Nothing is sold or shared. No third-party analytics, no list rental. An anonymised copy of the extracted invoice is kept only if you leave that box ticked, and it identifies no one.

Free audit, $99 report

The free audit shows every finding on screen with its evidence, and that is often enough to raise the question with your provider. The report ($99, one invoice) turns the same findings into a document your provider can act on: every line, the evidence, and a claim letter addressed to them. Full refund within 14 days, no questions.

Which providers does it work with?

Any fulfilment provider whose invoice itemises charges — the large platforms and regional warehouses alike. PDF, CSV and XLSX invoices; scanned PDFs too. If we have not seen your provider’s layout before, the confirmation step shows you exactly what was read so you can correct it.

Do I need the orders export?

No. Without it, the checks that need only the invoice and your rate card run; with it, the checks that compare billing with what actually shipped run too. It works with your Shopify orders export (Orders → Export, CSV). The result page tells you which checks could not run and what would enable them.

Is it really free?

Yes — one free audit per business, no card, no trial that turns into a subscription. The only paid thing on the site is the report.

How sure are the findings?

Each finding carries a confidence level and its evidence. “Certain” is shown only when the invoice line and the order or rule it contradicts are both on record; anything less is labelled as such. You decide what to claim.

What happens to my invoice?

It is read once to extract the lines, kept for 30 days so the report can be produced, then deleted. You can delete everything earlier from the delete-my-data page. Details in the privacy policy.

Can a colleague see the audit?

Everyone who signs in with a verified address on your company domain shares the same business record — its invoices, its findings and its limits. On a public mail provider, each address is its own business.
